Course Schedule for Private Sessions

Course Cancellations and Postponements
For public sessions, AFI reserves the right to cancel a course if the minimum number of participants is not met.
Cancellations or changes to a course registration must be made at least ten (10) business days prior to the course start date. Cancellation made between two (2) and nine (9) business days before the course start date, AFI will invoice 50% of the course registration fees. If a participant cancels one (1) business day before the course start date or does not attend the course, AFI will invoice the complete course registration fee. A course postponement is considered as a course cancellation followed by a re-registration. The same terms apply. Cancellations and postponements must be done in writing (email or fax). Participants can be substituted up until the first day of the course without any processing fees.

Meeting Rooms
AFI will not invoice any fees for a cancellation made over ten (10) business days before the reserved meeting date. If a cancellation is made in less than ten (10) days, AFI will invoice 100% of the meeting reservation fee, as compensation for the cancellation.
Software installation and configuration are charged on an hourly basis. All software supplied by the client must be at our facilities five (5) business days before the beginning of the training session.
